At OXYFIT™, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original OXYFIT™ tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
